By accessing or using the RedoSkin mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RedoSkin ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.

2. Our Services

RedoSkin provides AI-powered skin analysis and personalized skincare recommendations. Our Services include:

  • AI-based skin condition analysis using facial images
  • Personalized skincare routine recommendations
  • Skin health tracking and progress monitoring
  • Product ingredient analysis and compatibility checking
  • Educational skincare content and tips

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information as needed
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RedoSkin. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our Services. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these age requirements.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your login information.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free and Premium Plans

RedoSkin offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions provide access to advanced features as described on our pricing page.

Billing

  • Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent periods
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
  • You retain access to free features after cancellation

Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for premium features. At the end of a free trial, you will be automatically charged for the subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload images of anyone other than yourself without their consent
  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Services for any commercial purpose without authorization
  • Circumvent any security features or access restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and AI models—are owned by RedoSkin or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any images and content you upload to the Services. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

  • Process and analyze your images to provide our Services
  • Store your content as necessary to provide the Services
  • Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our Services may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy of AI analysis results
  • Warranties that defects will be corrected

Important: Our AI skin analysis provides general information only. Results may vary based on image quality, lighting conditions, and other factors. Do not rely solely on our analysis for skincare decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for personalized medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDOSKIN AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
  • Any damages resulting from your reliance on our AI analysis
  • Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. We may also discontinue the Services entirely with reasonable notice.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your license to use the Services is revoked
  • We may delete your account and associated data
  • Sections of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal legal action.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
